Greasy food makes my stomach turn; the sandwhich I had was full of clean greens and made me feel so much better!The lovely lady behind the counter explained not only are they gluten free, but gluten isn't even allowed on the premises for staff lunches.Gluten free vegan options worth making a trip!"

"Well if you are going to eat alone it ought to be easy, awesome and a reasonable price. That's what Careit fish in parchment is and more. I happened to stop into Careit on a extensive river valley walk and was impressed with the single serving food market. Feeling like the old friendly meat market of my childhood or the time I spent on the highstreets of London. Careit is a high end meat shop with amazing prepared meals to take home and pop in your oven. This is what takeaway food should be all about. Excellent product, prepared by people who love food and then all I have to do is come home, cook it for 20 mins while I sip a glass a wine and feel great about the food in my belly. The Fish in a Pocket I have eaten now three times in less than two weeks and each time it has been perfect. I have literally licked the plate to get every drop of the simple brilliant sauce. I say sauce but all it is is lemon juice and maybe a touch of oil, a beautiful white fish with thin slices of red onion and zucchini wrapped up in its parchment paper, 20 mins at 375C and trust me you will be happy to be eating alone so you don't have to share with anyone and no one sees you licking the plate - as I did three times now, happily. All that for around $7. Eating alone was never better."

"They ran out of the only vegan protein super lame. No other protein option for vegans. The dough is a white crust. No multigrain option. The keto and cauliflower crust have milk and cheese. Not my idea of a great healthy vegan option. BUT my pizza was damn delicious!"
