"I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don't need a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated. I was hoping they would look up for any hair/contaminants in the food that's being served on the counter but they didn't even have a glance at it. They called up the manager and he offered to make a new sandwich too. They had no interest in finding out how the food is contaminated."

"The atmosphere is great, but today I found hair in my food Right b4 I took a bite. I took my salad back and was undecided on whether I should allow another to be made or request a refund. I decided to allow another to be made. As I waited I began to feel as though I should not HAVE to pay for my order as a courtesy and a kind gesture from Tropical S. Maybe I'm old school. I am turning gray. As the cashier re-made my order a gentleman walked passed me towards the back and I asked for a manager. He asked me what was wrong and I shared with him what happened. He proceeded to the back and said something to the staff then walked to the front of the restaurant talking on a phone. He then left without saying anything at all. . The young cashier explained that she couldn't give a refund without permission and if he left she could only take my number. I'm not sharing pictures of that, the experience made me ill. Do you think they will call? Dag. I really liked them too"

"So glad we stopped to check out this small sweet shop! We purchased a few cookies, chocolate chunks macadamia and the oatmeal ? they had so many other pastries. Staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will visit again if we ever come back to Fredicksburg."

"This place is junk. I call to place an order....to make it easier on everyone...and they refused to take it. Luckily there are 2 more within a mile from there. I'll never give them my business again. The owner should fire the girl that refused to help me....or get his own act together. I mean....it's not the busiest store anyway. They should be glad I ordered....or tried...from them."
