"Very disappointed. Ordered online and they called me right before I was to pick up my order to say they had no spinach. I asked for a refund and was told to use the app. There is nowhere on the app to cancel your order or contact subway. I went into the store to be told to use the app and call the 1-800 number they provided as they cannot issue a refund.there is no way through the 1-800 number to speak with someone. What happened to customer service? Also used $2.00 in points that I most likely will not be refunded."

"Don't believe the bad reviews!!! This place has been a staple for my family, and everyone we've shared them with, for over 50 years! The dinner buns are my childhood in a nutshell, but everything else has been top notch too. We were shocked and saddened to hear they are being forced out of the building. Our whole family hopes they land on their feet somewhere else... We'll follow them wherever they go. So take it from someone who knows, if they move to your neighborhood, lucky you!!!! You guys will me missed on Frederick!"
