"It really wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Made a reservation for the tree house to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with friends. They tried to put us downstairs when we arrived. When I asked to be moved to the tree house where we made the reservation, the girl seating seemed to be annoyed. When we got up stairs she put 2 tables together in the small space no room to move out the menus on the table and walked away. I asked another girl to be moved to the swing table, and was told I had to make a special reservation for that table and that there were already reservations made that would be coming in. The entire time we sat at our table at least 2 of the swing tables remained available for our entire time dining. The waitress while serving shakes to our table, spilled one of them on one of the girls. My daughter drank some hair up her straw in her shake. When we called the waitress over she actually stood there to analyze the hair, had my daughter put it on a napkin to bring to the manager. She did bring my daughter out another shake, but at that point, I think all the girls were a little grossed out. A manager never came out to apologize. The jojo fries we ordered were cold. And I put in special request celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday and the special request was not even acknowledged. This was our first time visiting and I was very disappointed."

"I am thrilled to write this review because my husband and I had such a great experience dining at Angeli's! It was our first time and we can't wait to come back! Tony the owner, and the entire staff, made us feel so welcome. The cleanliness, ambience, service, menu selections and integrity of the food was absolutely excellent. First came the wine and warm bread, then my large house salad (chilled/crisp) with homemade creamy garlic dressing, followed by a beautifully plated/delicious chicken piccata on pasta. I finished with spumoni which was sliced/dressed up with real whipped cream. This family owned restaurant is a really special place with the best staff and absolutely delicious food. They do it right and that's so refreshing! Thank you for your warm hospitality Angeli's!"

"We like eggcited in general, blueberry lemon pancakes are our favorite. But last time we went we were charged 18% tip already in our bill for a family of 4(included one small baby) and when we asked about it, we were given a bit rude look which we were not expecting. But apart from this specific incident, this place is very good, good breakfast/brunch and lots of variety"

"Carbalicious! Always a treat when at Oberweis in South Naperville. Chocolate lava cake, Pistachio ice cream (my favorite) and strawberry shake. I didn't have it all, we were 7 of us, haha!"
