"Went for Sunday breakfast with another family. There were 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids).Started off with the servers complaining about clearing off the table when parents don't clean up after their kids. Hello!!!! That's why parents bring their kids to restaurants!Waitress took our order and then disappeared! No refills on coffee or water and we waited almost 45 minutes for our breakfast. The table beside us, a group of 6, got their food before us even though they arrived after us. Had to go to the manager to make sure our waitress was still alive. She was!The kids were getting restless so my wife and daughter went for a walk and found some kids menus and crayons. The servers gave the kids NOTHING!Eventually our food arrived. The bacon was cooked perfectly, and the eggs were done correctly. The potatoes were very bland, but the worst thing about the breakfast was the syrup. What breakfast restaurant in Canada does not serve maple syrup with their pancakes? The syrup was plain and tasteless.We are in the Niagara area often, but we will never go back!"
