"Last month I would have given this place a half star. But they let go most if not all slackers. This is now the only subway I go, and there are four who choose in my area. Political personnel and subs are now in place. My only concern is bread. I have to say it has improved 100%, but still needs work. Mostly, they just have to score a little longer and prove."

"- aazing! my wife is a photographer and on her birthday I wanted to get a camera cake. when I called, josie was very helpful and spoke through all the options (flamvors, sizes, colors, etc.) and then asked me to hold while she spoke with a cake designer. in just a few minutes she was back with a price and confirmed that they could do it if I needed it for the party (I had ordered it a bit earlier). it was ready as promised and looked amazing. it was probably what my wife most surprised about the party. she couldn't stop talking about it and didn't want to cut it. as soon as we cut it, the cake was delicious!"

"Ordered food from them and they entirely messed up my order from not toasting the subs combined with ingredients not requested on the subs, as well as the sandwiches being smashed. When I called to report it the one who took my call was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to a single thing I was trying to say and got extremely upset when I tried to explain what was wrong."

"Was so amazing! the service was so fast Colton, the work there was super patient with me a crazy uncertainty. But was very attentive and suggestive and helped me to get the chicken bacon ranch that was so delicious that I have to go back tomorrow and get another. Anyone who loves sandwiches, I recommend you to Subway from Glendale and 16. to come and get a sandwich made by Colton, he is a hell of a sandwich artist thanks to Colton and the subway staff in Subway of 16. and Glendale for a phenomenal sandwich"

"A decent size group of my colleagues and I have been meeting up at this bar for several years. We have hosted multiple parties in the reserved areas as well as smaller group gatherings after a hard days work, near the bar. Every restaurant bar has pros and cons like anything and our groups have accepted that and have returned time and time again.This last experience will definitely change that. A small group of us were sitting at the bar and enjoying ourselves. The bar was mostly empty until about an hour into our visit. We were celebrating a going away for a coworker, which resulted in all sorts of emotions. At one point a young lady in our group began to cry. To anyone else, this would simply look like a person expressing emotions, but to Alex (one of the bartenders), this was an opportunity to bully a patron. Alex came up to our group and started telling the men that the young lady needed to quiet down. The young lady in our group asked for the bartender to tell her what the issue was vs talking to the men about it. At this point Alex came around the bar in a threatening manner and told the young woman to keep it down and that others in the bar had complained about her.I could go over the entire experience and point out a few distasteful moments and comments but I don’t think more needs to be said. There are several other bars restaurants in the area and we have large gatherings often. Word of mouth is the greatest form of marketing, and we now have plenty to say about this establishment and Alex their bartender.I recommend checking out another location, one where you don’t expect to be bullied disrespected."
