"I am so disappointed by the experience and quality of the service provided by this location. the last time they messed up my order, I asked her to fix it and they gave me a stance and said I ordered the wrong one if on the entry there had the kind I ordered it with the cash. I also waited 15 minutes for my coffee while the female manager and her chefs gossiping over unnecessary things! this time I went in today. Nobody says I was ignored by the great male manager. my order was also wrong this time and they also gave me a piece of chicken on my buffalo sandwich! inacceptable! they forgot my sose and I asked if it had been in the bag! I type this position 25% each time you think they would take care of their customers. idk, what is wrong with the training on this site, but something needs to be fixed. Stop just hireing someone. hide people who can actually do their job, order correct, and offer excellent customer service without being negatiw and angry. we wouldn't have a problem if my orders were done right and I got what I paid for. please correct your personal management!"

"I want to love this place soooo bad but things aren't adding up. First the good things: my first visit was last week. The girl at the front was super nice and gave my mom and I coupons. I got passion tea from the lady in the back and she was sweet as well. We came back today and a different lady kinda gave us bad looks for wanting to use the coupons we were given. My orange chicken was bomb but my mom's sandwhich had less meat then last time. We have BEEN coming here since it was Knockout Sandwiches and the Cuban had more meat before the re-brand. The table for the boys however their sandwiches was HUGE. We were jelly?. I decided last minute to get a brown sugar milk tea with boba but it was just plain milk tea. There was no brown sugar flavor as you can see it the pic. Boba was soft but no flavor ?. The food we got to-go however was bomb. Its cool how they re-branded to do sandwiches, thai food, and boba tea in the back! So idk I'll probs be back because I want to love this place. I think its important to support small bussinesses!"

"I was so excited to find gluten free cookies! I had heard a lot about this place so it was great to actually try it first hand. They put the cookies on wax paper on each side when making the sandwich, so that it didn't directly touch the sandwich press. The cookies were good and soft! The cookies ice cream was a great combo, a little sugar overload, so make sure you have a sweet tooth. I didn't quite appreciate the gentleman serving me my sandwich hitting on me though and not being very coy about it, other than that, the cookie sandwich was great and I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in town."

"I discovered Goodcents 20 years ago. Curiosity, I stopped and ordered. The sub was so much better than the mainstream sites, it quickly became my family favorite place for subs. The bread was amazing. Soft, tasteful, you couldn't go wrong. Over years I visited the shop The mainstream shops have no upper hand on this organization. More. More meat, more service, more taste, more! I don't care what other critics say, this place is amazing."
