"POST OAK, THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN THE WORLD!!!! Every visit has been HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order for lunch and chose a different location in an effort to AVOID the POST OAK location, unfortunately my order was diverted to them anyway!! The quality of food is a thumbs DOWN! They never answer the phone no matter how busy they are. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AGAIN!! This location gives Panera Bread a bad name!!! This store needs to be closed or hire a new manager and staff IMMEDIATELY!!!"

"4.75 for just a drink....lemonade is too sweet or too sour I can 't tell. Everything is too sweet.I think the menu shows under $3 for a large drink and with tax around 4.75 so I make sure that she rung up the correct item, she bent the screen back so I could look for myself. She was flustered and as a previous retail employee I understood and just let it go...paid...and then the woman at the register went literally right in between me and the beverage dispensers after my transaction to vent to her friend. "No actually, it 's about the price of the drink and as we are living in the same economy I 'm sure you 're aware of where I am coming from, but sure...since you want to take it personally go ahead and act like a fool.Pro: There are charging outlets at the table."
