"Ordered online using the mobile app. I ordered chicken noodle soup and it arrived tasting gritty, comparison to dirt. I called the location and advised. A man named Joshua stated he was the manager and had an arrogant, idgaf attitude. Joshua sound irritated that I called and made a complaint. Joshua gave excuses as to why he could not issue a refund for the item. I reminded Joshua, that I am the customer and do not care what the internal processes are an item was delivered with poor taste so please provide a resolution. I told Joshua you’re about to lose a customer over a $5 item, Joshua stated “okay”. Again, this was the worst service ever at a chick fil A . No empathy, apology, or willingness to help. Joshua did not care about saving the business relationship. I do not recommend this location, try the location off Collins where the service is friendly. Oh yeah, I still have not received my refund for the item tasting like dirt that I had to throw away."

"Okay so I'm coming back to redeem y'all last night I went to Whataburger it was around about 1ish in the morning and got me a sweet and spicy bacon burger and my husband got him a number too. I have to give you all y'all's props because they listen towhat I wanted and my order when I got home let me tell y'all I'm still thinking about this sweet and spicy bacon burger whoeverthat cook was that worked at on the 1st of December at 12:55 in the morning he did his thing I'm still thinking about thatburger it was just right the cashier from the order taker everyone was pleasant and polite and my order take her he listened tome let me tell you that young black king I appreciate him for listening to me when I express my disappointment about my lastvisit and the food that I had gotten but he made sure my onion rings was fresh my burger was fresh when I tell you I'm stillthinking about that burger my husband and I all we can talk about was how good those burgers were and I just want to appreciatey'all because I know y'all get some bad reviews most of the time but I'm here to redeem y'all and it's the staff that wasworking on 12 one of 2022 last night early morning at 12:55 a.m. I give y'all y'all's props because the customer service wasabove and beyond and I really appreciate y'all and I'm going to be coming back from now on thank you that night crew that wasworking and y'all need to get him a raise Whataburger corporation give them a raise"
