"Eddie is amazing!!! He made sure we were extremely happy, put a smile on our faces after a long hard day of work for Justin and I. He is very curtious and very informative on cooking times and kept making sure we were taken care of to the highest nature! Eddie definitely went above and beyond for us! And he’s funny!!! "Their menu says that it comes with pickles and onions. But to my surprise, there was none on the sandwich. So I called to complain and the only thing I got told was to request them next time, because they were tired of throwing so many away all the time. Well. Then it should say that on the menu. The sandwich was pretty bland and dry for $15. No remake was offered. Kind of disappointed I didn't get my bbq fix handled. The sides were just mediocre as well. The soda I wanted was out.The staff was very kind and hospitable. But the food just wasn't what I was hoping for. Bring back Buckinghams!!"

"They were not very kind here at all. We did not even go during a super busy time and they did not seem to care about us at all. Very unlike other chick-fil-a restaurants I?ve been to. I said thank you to the take out attendant multiple times and they didnot even reply to me. Simple etiquette was not followed and their usual ?my pleasure? did not come once. We even had aninteraction with the manager and had the same outcome. The food was good but got our order wrong, did not add our extra fry evenafter we confirmed it with the drive thru attendant. Not very pleased with this store and never stopping at this one again."

"One of the best cookie places around. Bought cookies now 4 nights again, we’re still fresh and good to eat after 3 full days. Went back again to get more. Highly recommend salt caramel pretzel cookie!"

"The interior is cute but the rest of my experience was not. The food comes out looking smaller and with less than was advertised. My crepe had half of a fresh strawberry. The strawberries inside the crepe were clearly previously frozen then cooked to mush. The picture in the menu shows 4 crepes covering the plate but all I got was 2 small crepes. There is a lack of signs telling new customers where to order or how to order. The person taking my order mistakenly put avocado on my husband's croissant sandwich instead of as a side as clearly listed as a side in the menu. The croissant sandwich was good but again very small. Will not be returning"
