"The concept behind the place is cool and interesting. The cream is pretty good. The portions are true to their listed size. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for a lactose free ice cream base. I’d recommend doing the customizable options. My favorite combinations were vanilla flavor with raspberries and pistachios and secondly, coffee flavor with cookie dough and pecans."

"The staff member who made my ice cream was charming and delightful, though I was a little concerned for her safety as the nitrogen squirted out. She explained that it only hit her skin or splashed into her face a couple times and wasn 't really a problem. I couldn 't tell if she was joking, I hope so. The keto ice cream was the worst I have ever had, it would be better to just not offer it. I 've had a ton of keto/sugar free ice creams that are outstanding, so I was excited, but this was straight up awful--gritty, bitter, kind of like eating tasteless sand. Incredibly disappointing given that it 's already priced at a premium, plus an extra buck the keto option which entailed using a mix of cream and unsweetened almond milk as the base. This would be keto, for sure, but 1. an extra buck for that modification? and 2. I 'm not sure it was fully thought out how well it would work as a nitrogen experience. The result was straight up bad tasting. I should have bought a couple pints of keto Halo Top instead. Maybe the regular ice creams taste good and are worth it, but I 'm not going to try those now. I recommend removing menu items that can 't be delivered even close to the quality of a basic grocery item."
