"A very pleasant, cosy place, just steps off Altmarkt. I was looking for some vegetarian food, and was very happy to find Cafe Aha. Came there twice for dinner. Tasty food, friendly staff (English speaking too, plus English menu available), very affordable. I would go back."

"Yes, the atmosphere is nice. Museum restaurants are usually pretty good. Zeitlos is an exception. We recently had the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich and the Focaccia Lachs. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The focaccia looked nothing like any focaccia I have ever seen. Its taste was very disappointing also. We complained to the waitress. She went into the back and returned moments later saying that the manager said this was the way both dishes were supposed to be. When we tried to send both dishes back, we were told that we would have to pay for both AND the replacement dishes. "Says who?" "The Manager!" When we asked to speak to him, he was suddenly 'gone'. The clumsiness of these responses speaks badly of the training and customer handling skills of the staff AND management"
