"Staff were pleasant but just not very well trained. Our waiter told us that the tuna steak could only be cooked medium or well done. The Tuna was listed in the grill section of the menu alongside all of the steaks, so he was convinced that it should come with a mushroom even though we requested a salad instead. When he came back from the kitchen he confirmed that we could have it rare with a salad. He then went on to ask us if we wanted the Peppercorn, Bearnaise or Blue cheese sauce with it..... My wife had the tuna it was overcooked. I ordered the smokey venison I was presented with a beautiful platter of rare medallions under a bell jar. The waiter then apologised for the lack of smoke under the bell jar the chef's smoking gun was broken. I should have been told this when I ordered it then he could have left the bell jar in the kitchen! The Venison was delicious just a shame about the lack of smoke I think it would have made it amazing."

"Food super drinks big But the service was terrible Our party (25 of us) had 3 tables that were okay and we knew that. But and we were told that we did not move or exchange our seats, which is ridiculous, as we all want to talk to each other. Guests who arrived late were told that they could not sit with us because they did not eat and were sent down in the bar area, this is not acceptable! We were told that the bill would be made by any table that was good, but then found out that a table of food was added to another table that made the payment more difficult. The person responsible spoke very rude to some of our guests when they arrived because they came to the full tables to say hello and then where said they could not sit there, they had to go to the free table, as some other guest had offered to eat to swallow and we where said we could not do this because they then added two tables to the bills together, if we did not say it at all. We will not book here again because we feel uncomfortable and have spoken rudely."
