"We were out for a road trip and checked Tripadvisor for restaurants in the area. This one was perfect, on the beach, take away and we were able to find parking. Service was wonderful. We were greeted with a friendly hello, it was hot and having worked at beach restaurants previously, that’s not always easy. We were told that our order would be 1015 minutes which was appreciated. There was a note on the outside stating that due to COVID, staffing was reduced , again much appreciated. Our burgers were amazing. Homemade, hot and not greasy. The bun and toppings were fresh and delicious too. Fries were also very good. In reading a previous post review, the wait time was well worth it, take out isn’t alway fast for a reason. I’m so glad that we didn’t opt for the chain locations on the main road that could have had us moving faster. Thanks for lunch and we’ll be back next time we are in Port Elgin."
