"This review is for an online/curbside pickup. We ordered the family bundle, which was $30. It included 4 sandwiches, 4 fries and chicken nuggets. Sandwich was pretty good. I liked the nuggets along with the bbq sauce. Also ordered the shakes as well. The strawberry and vanilla were tasty. The coffee shake wasn't so good. From order to pick up, the wait wasn't long. The curbside pick up parking is a bit small."

"Food is good. However, the customer service is AWFUL! The girl that works on DT at night needs a proper training. She's rushing her customer. She took my order wrong. They fixed my order but didn't give the difference on what I paid until I asked for it. Then I asked for my fries coz I ordered #11 with a coke. The young guy said I didn't specify that I wanted the combo.Seriously?!! How stupid is that? Instead of apologizing, he insisted that I didn't order combo. I end up getting my money backbecause of their awful service."

"They are the worse. Got a big Carl on the way out of town. Went in because they forgot something and then notice my big Carl was missing a pattie. Went in to get missing item and new Big Carl. And they made it wrong a second time, missing a pattie. How does that happen??"

"This place was super busy when I was there but they let me know before I ordered that there would be a wait before I could get my order. The chicken tenders were good, but the tater tots were a little over cooked. It seemed (to me at least) that the oil should be changed out. The chocolate shake was delicious."
