"New to area. Found on Google maps while navigating the town. They were open for dinning in and pick up. The two staff working were fast, accurate, and fastidiously pleasant and professional. I had the impossible burger, no cheese, no onion, all other. Was very tasty and satisfying. Is still not beef, but I am personally okay with that, and the cook made it perfectly delicious."

"If you would like a great burger this is a great place for that! The meat wasn’t dry and the flavors were spot on! Even the waiter was spot on. If you ever get Matt just know he’ll take care of you. The PB&J burger was an unlikely mixture that seems like it shouldn’t go together yet it’s probably the best burger on the menu. I’ll be coming back very soon for it. The waffle fries were perfect crispness and seasoning as well! I wish I could’ve gotten more. Overall the experience of this place was very pleasing!"

"Great food great service great decoration. As from Motown this was a pleasure to stop, I would give them six stars if I could she chili dogs are pretty good solid chili not runny. Shakes are amazing can not go wrong here and of course a beautiful burger very slider style. Decor inside was just like me in Detroit Michigan in my local places, but much more vivid. I can't wait until I come back for the next time. I'll stop here again. Great job!"

"I tried to call ahead my order since I cannot go in store cause my cancer but the worker called me a fat b word and a c word and told me to call a gym instead i’m at so upset over this and i will NOT be going to anymore basket robins in the future all i wanted was to order a celebration cake for clearing my second round of kemo but the women on the phone ruined this for me i am beyond upset and sad that such a special day was ruined. I hope no one else has to experience this and i warn the others to think again before ordering ahead."

"I have loved B&R since childhood and have many fond memories. But not only has your quality and service seriously dropped in recent years but now I know why! Not only do you hire grown adults and then pay them and give them hours like they're highschool students you also micro manage their scoop sizes. I wonder how many paying patrons are aware they write up and fire for not being able to make a 4 ounce scoop like like an actual scoop! If I pay you for a scoop of ice cream and your training your cashiers to charge for that scoop but scoop only half a scoop that's not only false advertising but it's ripping your customers off! Franchise or NOT I wonder if B&R corporate is aware of how bad you make them look?! I will NOT be buying from.B&R ever again and I will make sure all our neighbors know you guys give half scoops as well and fire employees with no notice after they walked to work for something as small as not being as good of a rip off artist as you want them to be! Word of mouth advertising is everything and my neighbors will know about the owners unethical business practices. Good luck with that! I hope your bankrupt by next year. I'll be emailing corporate tonight Mr. DAVE. Enjoy!"

"It was good. Not quite the life-changing experience some say they have, but solidly good. Hubby had the berry shake and it was good; I had chocolate (mine was better). They provide a small army of picnic tables which is convenient and you don't have to eat in your car. Fries were good, but as with all fries, inedible once they got marginally cold. Burgers have no lettuce and a big slab of raw onion. But, as I said, solidly good. I'm not coming here from the proctor district as a destination, but would stop if I was passing through. They close at 6."
