"I was very fortunate to have a reservation for this day. When I arrived it was like I had the whole place for myself. This was my first time having a fine dining experience where the whole staff was working for me ????. The atmosphere was spacious, and rustic mixed with modern appliances. It used to be a museum. They kept some of the art. I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes they served. Usually, I don’t enjoy liver pâté because most fine dining places served it without a solid ingredient, like bread, to balance the buttery-smooth texture. Aromata solved that issue with a starch ingredient beneath the pâté. Overall, this place was excellent and I will definitely come back."
