"Would give 0 starts if it were an option. I’ve never ordered inside panera before. we were given a buzzer and when it went off we went to the “order pickup” area inside the restaurant. There was an African American female working back there that sat our order up on the counter and didnt say a word to us. She gave us a nasty look when we walked up to the counter and i placed the buzzer down and she picked it up and threw it as hard as she could into a box. She was displaying aggressive behavior and had an overall bad attitude for no reason at all. After throwing some more things around, the person with me then asked her if she liked her job to which she replied no and proceeded to the back. Overall bad atmosphere. Aggressive employee who throws things near customers because we inconvenienced her by placing an order to begin with. if thats the case shut the place down"
