"Extremely bad experience. It was a home delivery. The cover that contained the food was torn. The food was totally uncooked and had a very bad smell. The restaurant neither gave me a refund nor a replacement of the food. Zomato was also not doing the needful. Good to see that they are not giving back the money of very reasonable unsatisfied customera and making them starve. Good job guys!"

"Loved their breakfast with cheesy Omlete, fries and veggies . . The chicken crepe we tried was the best we have ever had . . A simple open air place with no fancy setup . . Best to visit during morning times only . . As time gets down it's too humid and hot . . Biggest drawback is that they don't accept cards or other payment methods apart from cash . . Food is reasonably priced and worth trying it . . Will visit again . ."

"This is right opposite Roma's kitchen. They make really good ice cream and should be tried by all. They have different flavors which you should try. A nice place to sit when it is hot outside and chat with friends and family.They also make stick ice creams which you should try. A lot of tourists visit here and this is very well maintained."

"The first thing to know is that this place is way out in the vast area of Auroville. I give it stars just for maintaining their reasonably good quality over many years. The bread and pastries they make is really good, also the many...varieties of home-made style cookies to take home! One would have to go many many kilometers (about or so) to the Auroville bakery to get similar products. The restaurant is a nice meeting place for coffee or tea, with some snack South Indian dish in between when hungry. It is also a good opportunity to get wifi access. Sundaram's family maintains this bakery and restaurant, and finances their school for under-priviledged village girls with the income generated through this business. Vinod's shop for everyday needs next door comes in handy, too. And Anandi's Raw Vegan food place next door adds another more exotic colour to what is offered at this place in Auroville. It is always a pleasure to go there, as one can be sure to meet nice people in the pleasant forest environment of Kottakarai."
