"During our visit to Umland of Frankfurt we visited Cafes in Oberursel and Bad Homburg. We cooked this time, but then something sweet in the afternoon has to come. The L'Art Sucré route was very important to us. In Bad Homburg, the boutique on Louisenstraße is located in the centre of the pedestrian area. The business is tiny. Only a few seats are available for guests. But you can also buy and take away. We also chose this variant. We entered the shop and were very impressed by the variety of villages and pralines that caught our eye. The young man behind the counter immediately radiated a whole joy at work for me. Cleanliness Everything worked pikobello well maintained. Despite the small size, the store had its own toilet, which was cleanly prepared. Service The man in sale was professionally well trained. He presented the goods with love. Questions have been answered in detail and patiently. Here I really felt like “cans”. After some thoughts we bought a small selection of chocolates, Macarons, Törtchen and Petit Fours. The seller packed the goods very carefully. The cubes were frozen into a box and attached to the bottom with liquid sugar as "stickers". That made the transport home easy. Li La (Törtchen mit Waldfruit Filling – Weiße Creme – Walnut – Schlechen The small work of art immediately convinced me visually. But also the taste was excellent. The bright cream was loose and light. The fruits and nuts were processed inside. The purple flavors were balanced to wear. The floor was also delicious. The above ornaments were made from a Marshmallow mass. Lemons Tarte This dish has an edge of Baiser foam and in the middle a lemon lemonen hemisphere. The taste is a bomb of citrus aromas. Below is a loose dough. Vanilla Törtchen Like the lemon tea from soft cream, but of course the vanilla taste was in the foreground. Macarons Our two specimens were filled with white chocolate mousse and forest fruit jelly. Petit fours Once a lemon cream similar to the tart and then a specimen with chocolate cream. Here we had to taste aromas of caramel, anis, tonka, croque and nougat. The small works were delicious and good for us, but could not convince us as the other products we found excellent. Conclusion 5 – necessarily again when it comes to the small villages. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – when it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – absolutely again – after “Kuechenreise” Visiting date: 20.01.2016 – 3 persons"

"After many years we have visited the redemption saalburg with the family again. separate assessment. since our last visit there are many things. in the meantime, a café/restaurant was set up there, which is supposed to offer very good dishes after the beautiful dawn at the entrance bank. as we wanted to strengthen there near a restaurant for lunch, we thought that we would take this and taste the partly prepared food for Roman recipes. we were not disappointed. three persons of our small company ordered romans and another three ordered their obligatory carvings. and now to the individual foods that were ordered: a red teller taberna (Lukanian olive wort, “Moretum” roman fresh cheese, “Boletos fungos” roasted champns in honey caramelized more, “In ovis aalis” everything was fine. the service was very attentive and accessible. after the lunch the castle and the museum was visited. in the caffe there was again coffee, cake chocolate and other drinks: 2 drink chocolate per € 2,90 1 spezi to € 2,90 1 coca cola to € 2,90 1 water st laurent to € 4,00 4 cups coffee per € 2,50 1 piece torte to € 3,50 4 pieces cake to supply at every € 2,80 of bakery everything was very tasty and tadelmitous. the prices are very human and the restaurant is highly recommended. here is the menu: [here link] the cafe/restaurant is located in one of the reconstructed buildings, which previously served the delivery of the soldiers, i.e. within the castle, which unfortunately has the consequence that they can only get to the cafe/restaurant. the environment is therefore very rustic. only in the evening hours outside the opening hours. see this: [here link] my petty personal was inspired by the minutal ex praecoquiis and also by the cake. I can only forgive 5*. Pity is only that they can only visit the restaurant during the day. the toilets are located in an adjacent building."
