"The Boathouse is our favourite place to eat. Everything about our visit was amazing. We did the five course tasting menu with wine pairing and it was fantastic. Jonathan has an extensive knowledge of the wines and his descriptions make them all the more enjoyable. Service was outstanding from him and Louis. The food is beautifully presented and mainly locally sourced. Every course was delicious. Also we felt very safe as there were many precautions taken to ensure everything was sanitised. I can’t recommend The Boathouse enough, it has never been anything less than perfect for us"

"We got 75 cupcakes in 6 different flavours today for everyone in our work. Every single person loved their cupcake, they were delicious and looked fab. Will def use sprinkles and crumbs again and would def recommend them for flavour and service. I only got to try 1 flavour which was the chocolate orange, it was really yum! Thanks"

"What a truly hidden gem. Gorgeous wee cafe serving great coffees along with savory and sweet treats. Also, loads of gluten free goodies too. Their sausage rolls topped with seeds are amazing, and gluten free! They also have a little book shop over the road and you can sit outside or out the back in a secret garden. Love this place."

"I had a birthday dinner here on a weekday. I contacted them in advance and they were very committed to giving us a little more social distancing, which was very appreciated. there are some vegan options and we enjoyed everything we tried. I had a fungus starter and nabeby had two tastes a cockerbsen bowl and a huge cousin bowl. we both had stroganoff for all. we shared a little bit and a chocolate pudding. everything was delicious. they even have a vegan wine list, but unfortunately only full bottles. no quarter bottles or wine on the glass. I hope to return here and would definitely recommend. the waitress wouldn't have tried harder to please. they are proud of the nutritional requirements. they have the top hygiene rating. they try to get the permission for a couple of outdoor tables in the garden and have two planters with heating and protection."

"There were many different flavors to choose and I asked and they were all vegan. I chose the Biscoff One and my partner had a chocolate donut with a chocolate dodger biscuit. We were both surprised when it was filled in the doughnuts. They were really fresh and delicious. Huge too."

"We have not been at harveys since the beginning of the pandemic. know that kfc has just opened near. I wanted to know if they had made some nice dinner. we went there yesterday, it was quieter than the previous times we had been there. mama enjoyed their rose, pizza and new yorker cheesecake. I choose harveys mega-milchshake, chili-dog and wail. it's still very nice. I would recommend to the people to try it, the coworkers are very welcoming, the service was excellent. excellent place to eat, only hope that this is not like the one in rhuddlan and pwllheli."
