"I went to the bakery on Friday because it was referred to my fiancé and I by the wedding venue we booked. It is very old school Italian bakery (which are the best). You walk in your senses arise to all the different smells that make your mouth water. I spoke to one of the employees who had the owner come talk to me. Lou who was a very nice man. He told me how you can tell the difference in pastries, specifically cannoli’s. As I told him my mom would love this place, because it would bring her back to her childhood. It was an awesome time. We went onto to talk about wedding cakes of course. I asked if he had cupcakes or something my fiancé can try to get a sense of what to expect. He put together a small sampling tray of pastries and said I wish your mom could try these as well, but I guarantee you won’t get the authentic taste anywhere else as I keep to tradition. That night his statement was correct. My fiancé and I went back the next day to purchase more. We even went to the other bakery that was referred to compare. What a huge difference. Everything Del Prete made was light, fresh, and moist. With an owner who can come out to speak to you for that length and his pastries are phenomenal. How can you say no to Del Prete."

"Had the ferry of the long island to buy at bass pro and wanted to find a good dinner to have before they returned to home. used Google cards and found boca oyster bar was right over the parking of bass pro and the pictures of food and items on the menu looked and sound great. the food and the prospects for the harbour were both fantastic and the service was very friendly, we are looking for an apology to go back to connecticut to eat here again."

"Have been here a few times, beautiful location. Outdoor seating is great. Bar is big and has lots of seating. During warm weather there is also an outdoor bar which is great. Unfortunately the food is ehhh. Nothing outstanding unfortunately. This time we started with clam chowder and the bacon app. The clam chowder was not bad but underwhelming. It needed salt and the fried clam on top was chewy and not crispy. The bacon was okay but a little too sweet. The lobster salad was a disappointment. Im not sure how this could hat, but the lobster had absolutely no flavor. The fried shrimp meal was okay. I definitely would recommend Boca for atmosphere and outdoor dining but the food is just average."

"A hidden gem in the downtown Bridgeport area. They have a wide selection of coffee, baked goods, breakfast food, and sandwiches. The staff is super friendly, and the prices are insanely low even despite information. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit with orange juice for only $5.25. Tell me where else you can find that?!"
