"My friend and I came here after recommendations from our friends. As it was Tuesday, it was $3 tacos - we decided to try all four of them and whilst small in size they were all tasty and filling. We also enjoyed the happy hour specials ($10 cocktails etc). The only let down was the service - initially it was prompt but then it dropped off and they forgot one of our desert orders. It was a tad awkward watching my friend eat and enjoy her desert whilst I waited for them to make mine. Whilst there was an apology, there was no compensation for this (eg discount on the desert or free glass of wine etc)."

"We didn't have a booking, but there was space at around 7pm. We were directed to the lounge area where the tables are quite close together. I had a sirloin and partner had duck. The sirloin was quite nice and cane with veggies so I didn't have to order a side dish of veggies. Cost $39.50. The duck was I think about $36 but there wasn't much on the plate, although it did have veggies as well."

"The Cafe 140 is a sweet, bright and airy little corner café on the main strip. I had a delicious breakfast there and you can bet I'm back. Your breakfast taco is a mainstay on the menu and a highlight in my opinion. The bloody Mary is a must too delicious and spicy, and the shrimps are on site. If you can order something on toast and try the wood fired bread from the bakery next door."

"My friends and I have eaten here for the last two years on our way to Dunsburgh and have always enjoyed the delicious Fish&Chips great value for money and very friendly staff. On our last visit they were just about to close up for the...day but they kindly served us that’s what I call Customer Service, strongly recommend it,and we will be eating there again this year too."

"LochWind has a weekly gathering of our Sheltie pet owners with dogs. These people were so accommodating, setting up a long table in the shade. Complimentary Puppachinos for the dogs on arrival. Our food was amazing, really good and very reasonably priced. Service was excellent....A very good menu available. Everyone, two and four legged, went away very happy. We will be back !"

"Spent Melbourne Cup lunch . Service was pretty much non existent ordered our meal only to be informed 30 minutes later it was not available then required to order something else. Very disappointed . Would not recommend this venue"

"We've got coffee here once a week. it is advertised on Sunday as open until 4 o'clock. it was open, but the assistant said they had fled from coffee - that was just before 2 o'clock! I am a native, so will find somewhere else to go."
