"Collected on the 15th januar 2021 at the burwood plaza loven industry on the upper level. a young antimaid that served me in the age of about 15-17 years. named jessie or jess deliberately riveted twice to the cake and gave a grins behind the counter when it was out of the front refrigerator with no face mask (sp during covid! . . . I was livid and asked to speak with the manager, but clearly she was alone in the load. when we came home, there was a deep thumb print on the side of the cake. the Chinese writing was flown on the cake and only after we arrived at home, this was noticed. pictures speak a thousand words. never again."

"Just a 5 minute walk from this station, it is an ideal place to reach a brunch. You have an incredible menu to choose from. Each item is with chocolate, they have some fabulous waffles and a wide variety of hot chocolates available. I had the salted caramel hot chocolate, red velvet hot chocolate and waffles. I was a little disappointed with the service, but everything else was perfect."

"Some good wholesome brunch food, with a twist. Had shroomie bruschetta for brunch and it was great, but for one slice of bread for $15 in Burwood was abit much. The atmosphere and coffee is a hit aswell, love how they use loose leaf chai leaves :)"

"Unbelievable !!!This cafe (if you could call it that) doesn't know how to make a proper cup of coffee!Sent our coffee's back twice and when we explained to the staff it tasted burnt "Twice" the management came over, they said they were the owners, all they wanted to do was argue with us, poor form really, we said we didn't want a credit, they could keep the money but they should know they can't make coffee.Over priced / under delivered / dirtyThey were plain rude.Don't bother, read the other reviews and the same applied, bad service, bad coffee and bad attitude."

"We ordered the single waffles and the Ferrero Rocher shake. The waffles were overly sweet and drowned in milk chocolate. The sides of strawberry and banana were generous though. The shake was a disappointment. You pay $7.50 for just hazelnut syrup in a chocolate milkshake. No Ferrero Rochers in sight. Not worth the visit. Rather go to Choc Pot instead."

"Visited their food truck during Parkfeast at Bella Vista. They made the wrap fresh so I could see them using the choco kebab machine. Fun to see!<br/>The choco wrap looked beautiful and tasted pretty good. Their milkshake is also indulgent."
