"There were two drive thru lines. I was in the outside one. The automated voice asked me if I was using the McDonald's app. I said no. Meanwhile the inside lines asked the same questions. The cashier took their other. Then another. Then another ... I waited. Then asked if anyone was there. They had waited on the customer before me. I waited around 25 minutes all told. Then I backed up and went into the inside drive thru line and was waited on. They didn't have Sprite. I don't drink soda with dyes in them. The guy who took my money didn't care about me waiting. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me change. McDonald's food is universal, but service and empathy is lacking at this store."

"I'm so glad I found this place. The Loaded Mac Cheese is some of the best mac cheese I've ever had. The Lazy Sunday Rolls are incredible, and so is the Chocolate-Orange Babka. I'd wanted to try babka for a really long time, but it's so hard to find a vegan version. I couldn't believe I found a local place that makes it! And it's absolutely loaded with chocolate; it tastes amazing.I've also had the roasted veggies, mashed potatoes gravy, and potato salad, and I would recommend all three. I honestly haven't tried anything from the menu yet that I wouldn't recommend.Since my family put in a big order, they threw in some cookies for free, which was very much appreciated. The cookies had the perfect soft texture. The 90s Kid (funfetti) and Campfire cookies were my favorite, but all of the flavors were delicious. The Campfire cookies have marshmallow in them, which is another treat that's hard to find as a vegan.I ordered the Sweet Sampler box to send to family out of state so they could try some of this food I've been raving about to them. The order/shipping experience went smoothly. I'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future gifts."

Until Penzeys discontinued its printed catalog, I would pick up bundles of them and include them in all of my customer 's consultation folders during their first visit to my business. I continued to verbally recommend Penzeys and emailed links to your web site during their visits. As well as being a loyal customer, I have also been referring my family and friends to your Rockville and Cleveland stores. I gave my sister-in-law my spare bottle of Fox Point in November while we were celebrating Thanksgiving with them in Cleveland. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Penzeys to any of my clients, relatives or friends and will no longer make any purchases from your stores or from your site. (I was pleasantly surprised that my Cleveland family also purchased spice boxes as Christmas gifts for family members, making this past Christmas a Penzeys Christmas. I visited the Rockville store in December to purchase his gift and had the attached coupon with me. (During my subsequent visits, the offer was repeatedly out of stock and I was unable to redeem the coupon-I attempted to redeem the coupon on numerous occasions that year without success, Because of this, I was told that there would be no expiration date on the coupon. The coupon was set aside, misplaced, but not forgotten. Happily I discovered the coupon recently and took it with me during my Christmas shopping trip to Penzey 's in December. The clerk called the corporate office to inquire about redeeming the coupon and was told that it was too old and that the promise made to me was not going to be honored. "This Place is amazing. I came in for a cup of coffee and the Barista, Cali, offered me their hidden menu item espresso drink. It was the best coffee drink I've had in Cleveland. The vibe at the coffee bar was real. I moved to the lounge decorated in eclectic couches and a modern fireplace. There were a mixture of coworking space people and coffee bar patrons. This is a must if you visit Cleveland."
