"GREAT coffee, excellent customer service with a cool and charming barista with orders. It is a nice, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Bonus: They offered some plants for sale. Coffee and plants, two of my favorite things. That's why this place was a winner for me! definitely visit again"

"Cute atmosphere but as my first time here I got a strawberry milk tea that I’ve had other places and know I like . I tried it at this place at it was disgusting, more sour than anything and tangy than sweet with a strawberry flavor.I stated i didn’t like it and kindly asked if i could have something else since it’s already been paid for to be told no you cannot unless you pay for another drink and we don’t do refundsI asked what kind of policy is that to be asked “what’s a policy?” Clearly something this store does not have . And was then antagonized by her saying “someone’s not happy today”"

"They had to strike a star, that was my favorite pizza place before. we would drive 20 minutes to get it, probably a 100 places on the way. the last few times we were not overly impressed, this last visit, which was waiting for an hour for the tour, when I came home the pizza burned and the ranch was missing for one of my pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who was very nice and apologized, but I would rather have waited 15 minutes to get it back instead of coming home to burn pizza. we will give them a further attempt, but it could be time to stay more local. check their pizza before they leave the load is likely their best bet!"

"History of Tommy's First Location: Soon after Tommy’s opened as a small soda fountain in 1972, Rolling stone magazine voted it “Best Milkshake East of the Mississippi.” This is a photo of the restaurant’s first location on the corner of Coventry and Euclid Heights Boulevard. It began with 7 seats and eventually expanded to 27. Second Location: In April 1978, Tommy’s moved to 1820 Coventry Road. Here the restaurant was L-shaped, with seating on the 1st floor and on a balcony with a total of 77 seats. This remained the home of Tommy’s until November 1988 when a fire destroyed half a block of Coventry, including Tommy’s dining room. Third Location: After the fire in November 1988 wiped out the dining room, the restaurant continued to use the kitchen but moved the dining room to 1824 Coventry Road, which housed Coventry Cats and High Tide Rock Bottom. Despite this transition, Tommy’s maintained a 70-seat capacity. Current Location: The current site of Tommy’s celebrated its grand opening in May of 1993. It seats 125 people."
