"Our experience was not great. the waiter seemed inexperienced and lacked the ability to create our meals. our burner was faulty, and we have spent too much time repairing or finding it. it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not return to this place again. there are other melting pots that are so amazing. this place needs a lot of work with the employees skills, skills and presentation."

"From the moment we entered the restaurant until the moment we said farewell to the manager Ari and our waitress, Michelle, our experience was spectacular. There is a wide wine selection, and we enjoyed a fabulous garlic rosemary bread as a starter. We loved the pistachio and pesto penne with chicken and the spaghetti a La Norma. The cannoli was a perfect end to a great meal. Most of all, the friendly and superb service made the experience extra special. We will be back. Special thanks to Ari and Michelle who made us feel special during our first visit! Highly recommend."

"Generally a good experience. I came for breakfast when it was crowded, and although I did have to wait a little bit to be waited on, once the order was taken the food got there fairly quickly. It was cooked properly and enjoyable. The muffins and bakery products are really wonderful. Fast forward 2 weeks. I'm there for breakfast, and it's crowded, and the food takes an extremely long time to come, and when it does come it's cold and wrong. I sent it back, and it took even longer. I tried to communicate this problem to the owner and she quite literally told me I don't want to hear it I'm too busy today. The day the restaurant owner tells me that is the last time they will ever see me in that place. I don't care how busy you are I don't care if you got people sick I don't care what the circumstances are you find and make time for customer complaint just like you find and make time for customer compliments."
