"This was our first visit to Courtenay, but it won't be our last. I'm looking forward to the next visit. If you are vegan, they have several options for food and drinks. The staff was friendly and answered our questions, offers suggestions. Service was... fast. The food was delicious! I had the Glory Bowl and my husband had the Mexican (chili) bowl and a oatlatte. Everything was full of taste and the coffee was great. How refreshing to find a place with many options for vegans. But you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to eat here. Look at it! See you there."

"I'd give a 10/5 if I could!Soooo yummie! So many delicious looking menu options it was hard to decide what to order! The Creamy Dill Beet Burger was incredible. Comes wrapped in lettuce with a small side of dehydrated Kale chips and was the perfect amount of food, with saving the chips for a snack later. I did taste them though. And bought a big box of each flavor to take home!Staff was friendly and helpful too."

"The service was slow, and the food cold. The new atmosphere has about as much ambience and appeal as a run down bingo hall from the 60,s. It is awfull. I heard other customers around us, wondering what had happened, and many of the comments were very unflattering. I won,t be going there again"

"First time in a long time that a restaurant batted 1000! From the moment we were greeted by Amanda, the service and food were absolutely perfect! "My wife surprised me with a 65th birthday suaree here. Two amazing cakes-- one carrot and the other German chocolate. Both were super and not too sweet. The café setting includes an art gallery featuring local work that is well worth seeing on it's own. The food offerings include daily home made soups and sandwiches and all the specialty coffees and teas. The café is bright and open and very comfortable. Check it out, you won't be disappointed."
