"Much more than just a dinner, our evening at the restaurant 'Le Relais de Seine ' in Saint-Aubin-les-Elbeuf was excellent. As soon as we arrived, the warm atmosphere and the smiling welcome from the staff put us at ease. The decor, elegantly tinged with traditional Moroccan touches, creates an atmosphere that is both exotic and welcoming. The extensive menu offers a range of traditional Moroccan dishes, each telling a story of flavors and traditions. Our choice fell on an assortment of mezze to start, where each bite was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced and fresh. As a main course, the couscous was a true masterpiece, with its light and airy semolina and its juicy and tasty meats, accompanied by tender and fragrant vegetables. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the chicken tagine with candied lemons and olives, a dish of incredible finesse where the tangy and salty flavors combined perfectly. Each component of the dish was cooked to perfection, paying homage to the Moroccan culinary art. To conclude this feast, we indulged in a traditional mint tea, accompanied by Moroccan pastries. It was the high point of an already exceptional evening. Le Relais de Seine is much more than a restaurant, it is a destination for all those looking to discover or rediscover the delights of Moroccan cuisine. A place that I would recommend without hesitation, and to which I will return with great pleasure.
