"Disappointed.... I went in there WANTING to like this place, and expecting it to be great! The line was SUPER long, so I figured the desserts must be really good, but I wasn 't impressed. Service was fast and friendly, but I was expecting the best desserts in town... I had a cannoli...Not sweet enough, seemed to be defrosted recently, and just not even close to a GOOD cannoli.. I also had 2 chocolate candies 1.50 each! . I had a strawberry basil and a lavendar milk chocolate.. I think Lindt makes better chocolates by a mile. Sorry, Sweet Life, I was simply disappointed. I will try again sometime soon, I hope it 's better :"

The flavors, the tastes, the aromas, the textures, the shapes, the crew, the presentation, the prices, the environment! How does one even begin to describe, the extreme pleasure of the exquisitely prepared food here? One doesn't describe it! SO, get yer doggone selves over here support local, support quality and support your deserving palate! I have one word: Phenomenal ?"

"If you find yourself in Eugene, Oregon, Cornbread Cafe is a must try. They serve breakfast classics, salads, sandwiches, and a $16 BYOM which comes with an entree, two sides, and delicious jalapeño cornbread. I had the chik’n fried tempeh with gravy and enjoyed every bite. The crunchiness and spice of the breading is top notch, and the country gravy it came smothered in tastes just like my mom used to make it. No complaints about the sides either! The only issue we had was the cinnamon roll, which was so tough that I could barely chew it enough to swallow. However, I am sure that the baked goods are excellent early in the day— my mistake was ordering a cinnamon roll at 4 in the afternoon."

"If scrumptious is the best word to describe phenomenal ice-cream, then that’s the word I will use. Super friendly service and soooo many delicious options to choose from.It took us a while to decide which flavors we’d like to enjoy but we finally came to a decision that was well worth the indecisiveness.The Obama is super yummy and I can see why it’s his favorite. Now the Oregon Chai is like an explosion of chai and ice-cream that is perfectly concocted!! I can’t remember what everyone else was enjoying in my party because I so selfishly concentrated what was in my cup.Do yourself a favor and go and savor the flavors at this place . ?"

"OH MY!!! Where do I start? Unbelievable! Ravioli stuffed with lobster, shrimp and crab My wife had Bishop Hats and they were delicious The desserts were incredible. Death by Chocolate WOW!! In addition, the service was incredible and our server was one of the best we 've ever had. Hats off B&G 's!! We 'll be back...soon."

"Be sure to go to this place when you're in Eugene. It is charming and cozy, probably one of the most beautiful and cozy places I've ever been. It is in an old house with warm lighting and pretty decorations everywhere. Even the window on the swing door in the kitchen is pretty. The cocktail I had – a seasonal Halloween theme – was delicious and not too sweet. The chicken Pesto Crepe was good and so was the side salad with which it came. Service was very friendly and seemed to work there. I wish I lived in Eugene just so I could be a regular."
