"Enjoyed a delicious lunch for four. Two of us ordered the tasting menus and two ordered a la carte. The charcuterie board allowed us the option to select five cheeses from a selection of local cow, goat and sheep cheeses that were presented table side on a cart. The tasting menu used traditional Mexican ingredients to deliver a creative take on dishes we all enjoyed, even as some of the flavor combinations were more aggressive than what we typically enjoy. The best part of the experience was sampling a range of wine varietals. We were so impressed with the evolution of Mexican wines! Congratulations to de Cote for these amazingly complex creations. (Note for readers of this review: our party of four enjoys sampling wines and regularly travel to wine regions around the world. Although this trip was not initially a wine tour, we certainly will come back to continue exploring the region’s product."
