"On the way back from Columbia Falls, MT we stopped at The Bridge Bistro in Fernie for breakfast. MY date had steak and eggs and I had a chorizo skillet. The coffee was good to warm us up and recharge our senses. The food was...served with ample portions and it was fresh and delicious. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food."

"Great home cooked food and social atmosphere. The hot chocolate is great as are the choice of snacks and sandwiches. Must admit the chicken noodle soup that some of the locals were eating looked awesome although I missed it on the menu. We had lattes...and cake I had the carrot cake cup cake which was delicious and hubby had the apple slice. Friendly staff and we were even offered a taste of the mocha icing yummy"

"Go to Beanpod. Give John your money and he will give you heaven in the form of chocolate. Eat it and then order more to go. Eat more chocolate especially from Beanpod. It's amazing chocolate! You know what else is amazing at Beanpod? Their Ice Cream and Sorbetto! Raspberry Chocolate sorbetto and mango sorbetto are sublime!Go there! Just go.We drive 2 hours to get our fix!"

"Delighted with the food and service! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the Caesar salad was amazing. We were six and every meal was outstanding. Tammy was a friendly and excellent server. Highly recommend this restaurant."

"Delicious house made iced tea which is refreshing and has a bit of tang to it. The all day breakfast is tasty too. I loved their medallion potatoes and homemade sausage patties which was a mix of beef and pork. Standard eggs and sourdough toast. They also have rice krispies and peanut butter squares. Cool place to hang out and eat at. Welcoming friendly vibes."

"We ate here twice, stopping through Fernie on the way to and from our road trip destination. We ordered the masala papadum appetizer, the vegetable samosas, and the aloo gobi with basmati rice and roti. Everything was super flavorful and delicious. The service was a bit inconsistent. The first time we ordered the masala papadum appetizer, it came with three papadums, and the second time it came with two. We ordered the vegetable samosas, and they brought pakodas initially. The restaurant is a bit out of the way in terms of its location to town, which makes it a bit quieter. I would probably stop in again if I'm in Fernie, just because the food is so delicious."
