"Probably one of the only places to get healthy fresh food in Fort st. James, Have a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches that change daily. Also great goodies (cake/cookies) teas and coffees, The gym that is attached it also great, a little cramped though. Would recommend this place to everyone."
