"Excellent service and a delicious meal. Jalapeño au gratin potatoes were so delicious. I am a new wine drinker and our server was well trained on the wines listed and recommended a few options for me, of which I really liked to end. The atmosphere is beautiful and we really enjoyed our dinner there."

I have been to other Firebirds locations but the service at the Gainesville location was worth commenting about. "Already our favorite restaurant because the proteins are good quality and consistent, the creativity of seasonal accompaniments never disappoint, the wine list is wonderful, the service is respectful and attentive, and they always always know how to make a wonderful meal for my husband who is allergic to gluten. They have never accidentally made him sick. We have had great waitresses and waiters over the years, but Mildred's can thank their lucky stars to have Benoit in their family. He is wonderful!!"
