"Went on sat 29/7/23 for an anniversary meal out with the hubby. Food was fantastic as it always is whenever we go for food. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. They had a couple of big parties in so was told food might have a little delay but we didn’t wait long at all but was nice to be told in advance. All in all a lovely place to go and will definitely be back."

"First time going since it was taken over. It's been given a bright makeover. It was lovely to see it busy too. The food was fab, one of the nicest steaks I've had. Very reasonable prices. "Made to feel very special while celebrating my birthday yesterday evening at the primavera restaurant. the staff was friendly helpful, the eating was deliciously well priced. all my party enjoyed the meal that they chose such a massive compliment for the chef. many thanks to the management staff for the production, my opinion after primavera the best restaurant on the fell."

"Have to say the staff in here could use some additional training. Their attitude is terrible. I am a regular here and it's not all the staff only a select one or two. Date Wednesday 28th November 9.00am so morning shift. Attitude is shocking not a smile cups slammed down when asked for a normal cup rather than a latte style tall cup. Coffee just thrown into the cup again no eye contact and a grunt of thank you which I was even surprised to get. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be getting the staff together as it's not fair on the ones doing a good job to be tarnished with the same brush. Should be easy to work out who it was taking into account I have given the date and time In question. There were only two staff I could see at the time."

"Great scran that. I smashed in the prawns, she had lasagne nuggets, I'm told they were lush. Wor lass had a salami misti pizza, she never said a word to me until the last slice, when help was required. Naturally, as a top lad, I consumed the rest of it for her. I had Brisket Pappardelle A.KA. posh spag bol. 100% pure taste, I got extra chilli in mine, would recommend. Great service canny food. Service: Dine in"

"We visited here the other day on a quick visit to the metro centre, we spotted a delicious looking raspberry scone as we were passing and couldn't resist, so pleased we did it was amazing, great coffee too. Its had a revamp since the last...time we visited and is looking very smart, great social distancing and lovely staff."

"Service wasn’t too good we waited around 20 minutes from being seated until someone took our drinks order. You don’t get any choice over the sandwiches so my young son didn’t like any of them it would have been good to have the option of something plainer for kids. The cakes were also really small and you didn’t get much for £33. The atmosphere and location was good but I wouldn’t go again or recommend."
