"Is a simple kitchen and self service with spartan tables at the highest level of the cable car in the northern ski area of innsbruck. a lady with Spartan ways served us an extraordinary gouty to sing it giant in broth. a real tack in the frost. then a slice of a slightly soda but delicious sacher. the view from the tables and the windows is breathtaking. very good beer and prices more than honest. an experience to try with or without skis."

"Not like the original cafe in Vienna but one of the last Viennese cafes in Tirol with Viennese and Italian coffee, great cake and a lean back atmosphere where you can read newspapers or work on your laptop. Service a bit slow but with good humour. Daily changing menue for local foods and good breakfast."

"This is an amazing restaurant! Has a nice view over the city as it is located up on a hill. It is originally built in the 16th century. We sat on the very large terrace. Service is friendly and efficient. We all had an excellent wiener schnitzel and the prices are reasonable. The beers are excellent!!"

"A review called this restaurant one of the best in fine restaurants in innsbruck. it is therefore disappointing to find that it is simply in order. I can't remember what the amuse bouche was, just my thought of the time that it wasn't very good. we ordered an salat and a sea bass (crossed and baked in salt) for two (it is out that it will be big). the salat was soggy with too much dressing. the fish was in order (although we were far better in Italy and France). the tarte au citron is a small flat piece of baked with a puppenpult from custard above. the bake was a bit too hard and the custard has not much lemon taste (mostly only sweet). the service was notch. our waiter tried very hard to please. he was a little inexperienced to carve the fish, but we give him full recognition for effort!"

"A bright aerie restaurant in the center of Innsbruck. The two local chefs create exquisite dishes based on traditional Austrian cuisine. Lighter and healthier fare, beautifully presented and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good wine pairings were suggested and the desserts outstanding. A little pricey for lunch, but worth it."
