"We were nicely greated by the host staff. We were told that there was a 15 minute wait and so sat just outside the door, which also happened to be near a large dumpster. There were several members of the kitchen staff taking a break by said dumpster and one decided to mark is territory right there and then. The place is really outdated, carpets everywhere. We were seated next to the kitchen, it did not look clean, there was a large piece of meat sitting out on the counter the whole time we were there. We ordered and the service was fairly good. So at this point we were thinking, 3 stars. The portions are small and the dishes are over priced. AND THEN, a giant cockroach walks by my feet all the way to the hallway, right next to the kitchen. That sealed the fate of bull shed restaurant."

"This place is a heaven for vegans and vegetarians. There is just no compromise with the taste and its super good. Breakfast the pancakes !! is also great and must do if you are in Kauai. The portions are bit smaller but the taste makes it up. Chai Indian tea is ver ver good. Very welcoming staff as well."

"Absolutely delicious! We were a bit hesitant to try during our vacation as you can get burgers anywhere- but this was worth the stop. So good! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and unique. We got the bbq bacon burger and ‘frenchie’ which brie and caramelized onions- so good! The beef is all local 100% grass fed as well- and you can tell- it melts in your mouth. Would highly recommend!"

"This place has wonderful food and great owners. The saag paneer and vegetable korma were my favorite. The portions are large and the prices are not. The food is ready to eat there or to take to go. They had good choices of both vegetarian and vegan. dishes. They had four kinds of kombucha and they let me taste them all before choosing. I usually am not a big fan of kombucha because I think it tastes vinegary but theirs did not. It is the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. I will be coming back many times to this restaurant in the future I am sure!"

"We decided to try malasadas. we arrived at 7:25 and there were probably 20 ppl in the line. line goes pretty fast. we decided to try the chocolate, vanilla, pog, cookies and cream. we have a cheddar, a hamsen croissant, it was okay. we have 2 coffees, a latte with Macadamia nuts a mocha. make sure they add the sweetener. the malasadas are amazingly warm and fill in them must try."

"I didn't get the chance to have ice for me, but my group has some. I am the lonely little sheep, without cold joy. All alone in my silent tears, my mouth blew without cream, only what I can do, except to dream. A member said what is razor ice, but only seconds later claimed it was pretty good, though, followed by the 's good. Since her mouth was filled with sweet joy, my mouth was dried to the left without creamy icy treats. Great place! Super fast, super Shaka! Super cool! Literally! Be careful, it melts so quickly!"

"I love ABC stores and this one is exceptionally amazing! I am obsessed with the egg salad sandwich seriously you need to try this. I get it every time I 'm in Hawaii at ABC! I know people look at me like I 'm lame but seriously try it, its just the perfect, always the same, delicious light sandwich! Literally our first stop after the airport for lunch! Coconut shrimp delicious too! Tried the banana pancakes this time for a decadent treat! Like dessert definitely could split this as it comes with 3 huge cakes and a sugary syrup was sooo delicious also ordered scrambled eggs with it for some protein! I actually only was able to eat one pancake good to split between 2 3 people! The poke bowls are awesome too! I love all the food we have tried. We are staying close by and while we will dine out occasionally we prefer to grab something quick most the time and not spend a few hours at a restaurant or worry about reservations. Coffee shop excellent too cold brew was delicious. So many neat souvenirs and anything you would possibly want or need such as drinks, water, alcohol, snacks, macadamia chocolates, beach towels, clothing, sunscreen. The employees are super nice and have Aloha spirit! There is a little outside area to sit and eat in the shade and despite someone else 's comment about the chickens I think the add to the Kauai ambience and didn 't find any poop every time we ate the tables and ground were clean. Mahalo ABC store employees for making this store awesome and a part of our trip and eating all the delicious food! I have heard the prime rib is delicious i don 't think you will go wrong with anything here!"
