"I 'm giving this place 2 starts only because the traditional chocolate cake and the milo brownies are to die for, but their delivery service will completely ruin your experience, so unless you are going to get the food yourself, don 't even try! The ordering process...starts on an app called domicilios.com. The process is fairly easy and you will get a confirmation within minutes, mine said my order was going to be delivered within an hour. After and hour and about 15 minutes without news, I contacted customer service and they said the restaurant had cancelled my order because they were too busy... what 's the point of even offering delivery if you don 't have enough staff to do it!! The worse part is that they won 't even bother to contact you, you have to figure out on your own what 's happening. The person I talked to from the app said that because of the inconvenience I will get my order at no charge within an hour.. here I am, 3 hours later writing this review... you will end up hating this place if you decide to order form the comfort of your house so just put something on and get it yourself. Update: someone from the app just called me and said they will deliver my complimentary order tomorrow at noon.. so expect that, to get your food a day later if you are lucky."

"On my last day of vacation in bogotá invited me my friends to the breakfast in the pan pa ya in cr. 5 with 71 and guess what I order tamal oh my god, I had forgotten how tasty and plentiful and complete this plate. to the breakfast. that was the best possible farewell and undoubtedly to remember something for years and a good reason to return"
