"Excellent restaurant, gourmet food in a great atmosphere, friendly and smiling service, we loved all the dishes and came back twice. I don't understand some of the reviews the restaurant is recommended by Michelin, so they serve fresh dishes, suitable for the season and a peaceful meal that can take an hour and a half with dessert and coffee and maybe more it's part of the experience We fell in love with the food of the owner of the place and her husband, the excellent chef warmly recommended"

"This restaurant is run by a couple. The wife is apparently a self-taught chef (who was born in the US! Shhh! and the husband was our waiter. The inside looked lovely, but we opted to eat outside in the pretty garden. There were plenty of shade umbrellas. Service was friendly and helpful. You could tell that the proprietor enjoyed getting to meet and talk to people. We were two families, each with a pre-teen boy. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We have been to the Perigord region before and tried a lot of confit duck. This one was absolutely the best of this trip, and top three ever. Perfectly done with a crispy exterior and moist, savory inside. The fig jam with it was a perfect pairing. Sides were all super fresh and tasty. Good wine list. Good desserts."

"It was just wonderful. The amuse buche was a cold cucumber and asparagus purée. This was followed by a lentil salad and pigeon terrine. We then had duck confit and a sautéed trout for our mains. They were both so simple yet so delicious."

"Popped in for something quick.....the staff were fabulous, so friendly, helpful and nice. Decided a cheeseburger....WELL IT WAS DELICIOUS .. served with chips and mayonnaise (which I don't eat, but did this time) it was homemade.... Next had a tiramisu, smooth and moist at the...bottom although not strongly flavoured with coffee, it was DELICIOUS.. The place itself is under the rockface and has a lovely comfortable feel to it...I will come back again..."
