The food itself is carefully crafted and the results are spectacular. Toy panda is without doubt the...best asian cuisine I have sampled during my time in Madrid. The dim sum is of an excellent quality and the Taiwanese Bao add some great variety to the menu. The owner Jaime is really friendly and fluent in English and Spanish. He is also very well traveled, having spent time in America and South East Asia, and you really get a sense that he's committed to bringing the best of Asian food to Madrid while adding his own personal twist.
