"We had a family party at the Pfrondorfer Mühle. After everyone in the acquaintance has actually said that it is always worth going there as it tastes there, I was curious with my family and able to return there with joy. The mill is located on the route between Wildberg and Nagold somewhere in the greenery where you do not expect to do so, so that we almost passed as a local inexperience, would not have been the flags. Parking is enough for restaurant and hotel guests. The hotel is right next to the restaurant. But only the impression of the restaurant flows into the review. The door immediately noticed that the door is equipped with the name of the operator, i.e. the door handle. Unfortunately this is not true, the operator is a completely different family that was the Pfrondorfer Mühle. 1-2 years and so the good reputation! We were very friendly. The place is very suitable for the Black Forest, so nothing top modern, rather a bit rustic. Unfortunately, the table order did not pay attention to the logical seat distribution. So we had 3 large single standing tables, which means that the celebration company could rather share and not celebrate together. It's worse. There was a little champagne reception, which, in my opinion, did not have to be how hardly anyone drank champagne, but that is not the problem of the inn. For food: Swabian festive sapphire: A small fine soup for warming up this winter break. In the soup there were a few leaves, gräuel and bakers. The broth was very good next to the content. Fresh leaf and raw food salad with herbal clothing: The still good service meant that our children probably don't want to eat salad – a bit strange that they are meant to eat a salad, but after we tried the salad, we knew why there was this recommendation. The salad could not be very attractive. The salad itself was upstairs, but the dressage almost destroyed the salad, because the dressage simply overwrought – sticky and sharp – that was the opinion of all. Plates with rust roasted carvings, chicken breast fillet, pommes, homemade latency, glazed vegetables. Because I'm not that the rust roast eater and only in rare cases the choice comes, after the enthusiasm of the others in the foreground and also during the meal, I enjoyed a small piece. The meat was medium – perfect, only the meat was also fibrous and cartilage, at least the piece I had. What I did was that some super delicate pieces were there and some like mine. That shouldn't happen in such a respected house. The chips were good. Great panade, delicate thin meat. The chicken breast fillets could not convince me because they were completely overwhelmed. The chicken breast itself was also beautifully tender, but as I said overworn. Pommes and vegetables were fine and good. I have certain doubts about whether they don't get out of the pack. Is the question what homemade means? To dessert, the service changed and asked the children if they wanted a bullet of ice. In principle, very good, but the adults were left to lie left until I asked them if the adults did not get ice. Only then did she ask in the round. The question of an espresso or the like remained completely outside. Very weak performance. For this, the ice was very delicious – I had strawberry, but I could also taste nuts and chocolate – thumbs high. Overall, the cooking arts convinced me only to a limited extent. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but even if I looked at the prices of a la carte and a regular grate roast for just under 30 euros, full of tendons, then the foot nails roll with me. It is cozy yes, you can certainly go for dinner there, but my favorite is not, especially the service that has been assigned to us, has lost more and more goodness and joy from the beginning and has only done their service. The sanitary facilities of the gentlemen were very well maintained while the pictures of Paris Hilton and another lady I could find a bit cheesy and go away. Towels for drying the hands for each individual guest can be used climatically (when used – wash again), it definitely does something."

"After a short guest performance of half a year, Martin Göschel and Sarah Hillebrenner Nagold returned. Among other things, the financial yield also contributed to the amount of efforts that the kitchen has to be operated in the skin and is not in relation to its high personal use. During my visit to May 2016, the gourmet restaurant was still undisturbed. A few months later it got the coveted Michelin star. The new hosts: Stefan Beiter and Marina Hentsch. I parked in the recommended parking lot and from there are just a few steps to the Altstdt. Then we climb up the stairs in the more than 300-year-old walls and we are warmly welcomed there. There are jackets today, because at least 30 degrees in the shade, do not take off and so we are brought to our places. Rooms with dark wood, old parquet flooring, ceiling painting and stylish covered table are very pleasant. Not only that Marina Hentsch later manages the service, it is also a charming and very warm hostess. It is supported by a very pleasant and maintain female service. Our drink consumption ranged from 0.75 l pond paster (5 euros) via non-alcoholic post cocktail (5.50 euros), maracujaschorle (2.80 euros), Grauburgunder, Sekt (6.30 euros), Rieslingsekt (5.30 euros) to champagne (12.50 euros). Here too, as usual, various cut-out breads with different spreads come. The kitchen was greeted with a four-part variation. Originally I found the halved and then hollow lime bowl filled with a ball of delicious ice cream. Just as original and very successful was the tuna store on the crab chip. Even my photos don't help me. The menu we agreed should be for all of us. With the exception of prickberries, we have all hired for ethical reasons. This is the only way to put a sign against these ineffective animal tortures. Zander Finest Kalb Essig Pigeon Gurke Aubergine Lamb Artichoke Goat Cheese Capernjus Banane Whisky Popcorn My favourite was the first course with Zander and Kalb, with its combination and a hint of vinegar a wonderful harmonious creation. I like it very much when I get something like this in a deep plate, because then there is usually room for a fine soup. Very successful and well tasted I also have the baptism. With a cam of spiced artichoke, which sits on a cucumber mirror, the feather cattle got a suitable companion. We also found the dessert with a very fine caper sock, a goat cheese and the small cut artichoke bottle. Only the diversity and thus the effort that has been made to bring such an art work to the plate is commendable. Banana ice cream hit whisky foam and popcorn a nice finish of the menu. At the right end of a good meal we still have espresso or coffee. There were also cubes of Turkish honey, Browny, Cassis and apricot angels. Who is on the way to the toilet can catch a view through the glass pane into the kitchen. Because of the football match that took place at the time, the streets were so empty. Also in the restaurant with two other ladies we were the only guests. It is nice if the premises are occupied with more than one handful of guests. I wish the two. Because the Michelin star is absolutely justified. For this evening I paid 400 euros and every cent was well done."
