"I went a noon to eat with friends a bagel, verdict: we loved it! bagels are made with fresh and quality products and delicious smoothies as well. I recommend the place also for the decoration of this one and its calm, however, be not too pressed. The bagels are a little expensive, but they're fine."

"We went here twice on a recent visit to Nantes purely chose it the first time by chance, and went back for the last meal of our stay. There are only tables outside, and it clearly does a lot of take out business as... Deliveroo cyclists turned up to take orders away constantly. The service was fine (maybe first time the waitress was new to the job, but second visit they were very good) and the food, if you like this kind of food, is really enjoyable. None of us can stand the poor excuses for chips we find so often in the UK pale, saggy and pretty unpalatable, whilst often sold as if top of the tree for the area. These frites were cooked in beef dripping (we think) and crisp and brown on the outside. You could have your burger cooked as you wanted and the other dish we had was the Thai chicken, which my wife and daughter both thoroughly enjoyed. There is a choice of fixed price menus which can really offer decent value for the area, although we opted not to take that option on the second visit. La Ripaille says it only uses fresh ingredients, not frozen, and I can believe it. The burger was far better than you would usually get in the UK, and I quite like my UK burgers!! Washed down with Badoit (again, personal taste, but my one of my favourite drinks and definitely favourite sparkling water) and a glass of Leffe, and I would happily go there again if in Nantes"

"White pizzas and pasta with fresh products are very good... the red wine with glass is very good... small flat on the plate of charcuterie we have claimed for apéro.. Well but a little expensive 15 euros for some pieces of charcuterie and olives, it's a little exaggerated...the homemade desserts (tiramisu / chocolate mousse) are excellent and in the right price fork (50)"

"Good local restaurant with local products. Prices are very reasonable for quality and cheap. The products are houses (frites and some desserts) and also burgers were very good. In addition, the interior space is well spaced, with different types of seats and tables, and a nice decor. It seems that the room is air-conditioned for extra hot days. I highly recommend."

"We went there on Monday morning, at about 10:30 a.m./11 a.m. and it seems to me that the establishment had been open for a little while this morning. We took breakfast or brunch formulas I don't know exactly. unfriendly welcome, rassi bread, latty coffee that just smells water and abuse of vanilla syrup (so the supplement of €0.70 for the latte coffee is really not justified! so much to get a senseo capsule ...), scrambled eggs 10 times too peppery, but without salt...I also think we had the rassi bread of the eve...seriously? the basis of breakfast in this concept is bread and tartiner pasta! The least thing would be to have fresh bread...we had the chance to see that fresh bread arrived at the time of our departure, or about noon! Thankfully I was able to soften my tartines in the sock juice that used me as a coffee. waitress who makes a noise not possible during the service, who slams the doors of closets, who runs in all directions, who speaks on the phone without stopping and who is not available for his customers (we were only 6 this morning.) I'm not the kind to leave me always on this site when I give my opinion. I'm sure I wouldn't have done this if the waitress asked us if it was okay. at the time of payment, she was still on the phone, didn't bother to stop talking 2 seconds, no look, no thanks, no goodbye...GENIAL!"
