"A great find hidden away off BarrenjoeyRdoad in Newport. This mainly tapas inspied menu offered an a la carte menu offering either a paddock or seafood inspired platter for either 2 or 4 people. Well worth going through both platters before deciding as both offered great choices that came out in good portions sizes. Offered sparkling or still water on arrival once seated in a cool and quirky outdoor table as well as other beverage options. Attentive table service with friendly team. We went for the Paddock platter consisting of assorted cold meats, gherkins, pate, chutney, a pesto inspired sauce and baby spinach also choose duck pancakes which were simple, light and tasty, as well as shoestring fries with dipping sauces. Dessert outstanding a brulee and a creme caramel, perfect, not to sweet, comfortatong. Service was quick. Staff very friendly, the owner wished my husband a happy birthday. Well worth the visit. Also managed to book under a 50% discount, thanks The Fork."

"Had lunch yesterday.The service was greatthe restaurant mostly empty! Two of us ordered the KING PRAWN Aglio Olioso thought we would get some lovely juicy prawns. What we got was pasta with bits of cut up prawns..tiny ones at that. So extremely disappointing indeed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3"
