"Ordered 3 different meals here. 1 was disgusting which was Mac and cheese, the French fries were freezing. Salad was ok with chicken. Waitress was rude and didn’t check in to see if food was ok. Then she threw the interact machine down on our table and then we never saw her again. Awful service and awful food. Looked like a pretty cool place too!"

"REAL healthy!. This is real food; clean, healthy, fresh and no chemicals or preservatives. Lots of super foods mixed into salads, wraps, paninis and smoothies available for take out or dine in, located conveniently across for the Goodlife Crossfit gyms. This town is horrible for status quo, below average food shops and dining experiences, but with this addition, North Bay at least has a decent take out joint on it's roster. Yes, it's pricier than other fast food places, but it isn't mass produced by the lowest bidder (it's all hand made in small batches in house) and it's not full of chemicals, trans fats and preservatives, something that makes food cheap to sell but terrible for your health."

"Best food in town!!! This is the restaurant my family and I go to anytime we want a treat. There super thick chocolate milkshakes are the best in town. Not too mention there soft twist Ice cream! They also carry many flavors of ice cream the kids will love. If you really want a treat try their chocolate chip cookie ice cream bar made with homemade cookies!! They are amaze ballz"

"Staff was kind friendly and helpful.Unfortunately this location dose not have fires or burgers. The employee said that the old manager/owner ,What ever it was. Didn't want that in the restaurant. I hope you guys get it soon."

"We had great expectations as we were told that it was a upscale restaurant. Since we had been traveling all day we were dressed comfortably in yoga pants and plaid shirts. The hostess tried to sit us at a quaint table for two but we...asked for a larger table since we have been stuck together side-by-side for the past eight hours. We did end up with a larger table right next to the dish station that was fantastic. When it came time to order, we asked the waiter what the specialty was. He informed us to get a burger or sandwich he didn’t suggest any of the entrées, that kind of made us question what this going to be like. We decided to order a half-price App, the bacon wrapped steak and it wasn’t too bad. For main courses we decided on the Philly cheesesteak and the Reuben with a side of poutine apparently that’s what they were famous for according to Dave. The Philly cheesesteak was dry and the Reuben with soggy. When we attempted to send the soggy Ruben back to ask if they could Crispen it up a little. There waiter was confused, he didn’t know what to do with food being sent back and had to check with the kitchen. After waiting five minutes he returned and asked if we wanted a new Ruben which was declined since we still had the Poutine to finish. Well that was short-lived as the next thing we knew a fly was buzzing around and landed in our hair. In an attempt to shoo the fly away, the fly landed right in my dang poutine. We hysterically laughed as we watched the fly try to escape the poutine bath. For all of our pain and suffering we asked for a free dessert. We then had to decide would it be the homemade chocolate cake or the cookie with ice cream on top. We had the waiter decide for us, he chose the cookie and ice cream. Then informed us that would be a 15 minute wait for the cookie so we said OK and waited. After 34 minutes he came back and advised that the cook went for a smoke and our cookie got burnt. So the chocolate cake it was only this time we got it to go. The best part of the meal with a chocolate cake back at the hotel."

"Have stayed here on business in the past and enjoyed lunches and dinners in the restaurant. Can't say that I did this time. The gnocchi were large and rubbery (certainly not homemade), although the sauce was good. The Cobb salad was so so. Soup was not tasty. Others said that they did not really enjoy their meals either. Not sure if it was a different cook last week but cannot say that I will look forward to my next stay. The one positive is the friendly servers who remember our names and try hard to please. Must add that the breakfasts were good--no complaints there."
