"I placed an online order to pickup and avoid the long drive through line. As I am walking up, a young lady locked the door and walked past me. I asked her why the she locked the door. She said that the lobby is closed. This is at 1:45pm on a Tuesday. When I asked her about getting my drink that I just ordered on the app, she said I have to go through the long drive through line that I was avoiding in the first place. I don't usually go to this location, and now I won't be back."

"The waiter was confused , scattered and somewhat slow. Poor value on the oyster ap- only two oysters. The steak was slightly over cooked left in the window too long? more medium than m.r. The sides were cool to cold. However the burnt cream dessert was excellent."

"Went to the stand today around 1:30ish and the customer service at this stand is just godawful. Very disorganized because I have three newer “baristas” if you want to even call them that.....coming at the window to take an order. You can sense the hostility between the co-workers as well. I just need to stay to my usual days, times, and baristas at this location. I have ordered my drinks for the next day before just because my usual barista wasn’t going to be there the following day. Today my order was tasteless and lukewarm and was met with an unpleasant experience."

"On Easter morning, went into the IHOP. Looking over the menu I seen that they had gluten free pancakes/waffles. That made me happy...that was until I got my pancakes. Grainy and flavorless. Very disappointed. A few weeks later I took a friends mom to the IHOP in West Olympia. Was discussing what happened at the Martin way IHOP. The waitress said they really do taste good. She was not mistaken. Absolutely wonderful. I would think they get their items from the same place but maybe I am mistaken. I hope Martin way talks to West Olympia to see what they are doing."
