"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE!! We booked a table for Saturday night at 9:15pm for a group of 6. When we arrived there our table was not ready and the waiter apologised to us as they mixed up one of the bookings. Kindly they suggested to wait around 10 min to get a table for us while other customers were finishing. We understand that was an honest mistake and don't blame the waiter but in other restaurants when they mess up normally they offer an alternative seat during the waiting or a free drink/snack as an apology. It never happened. After 45 MINUTES waiting, we were very disappointed and verbally said so to the waiter and manager. When they finally got a free table, the waiter yelling at us refused to serve us because he didn't like our comment. We never were disrespectful to anybody, we just stated our disappointment towards the waiting. We will never come back."

"Came here because of its history. We came right after lunch, so there is not much people. The place shows its 300 years of history. The lights, the pillars, wall, most of the things reflect its history. We ordered coffee and a almond cake. Frankly, the coffee is just average. But the cake is good and not very sweet. And the price is cheap, comparing to most other cafes in town. On the second day we came to the same cafe at around 3:30pm, there are more than ten people waiting outside. Waiters are very busy, and did not have time to clean the table for next customers. I would say if you are here for a historical reason that is obvious. But the taste is probably not what I might expect today for a quality coffee and cake."
