"We are regulars, and for a good reason. The service is great, and the setting is sublime. The food is good overall, however I had the misfortune to be served perfectly cooked steaks twice but they were sinewy. Out of 100's of meals the stats aren't bad at all. Each time the problem was resolved immediately no questions asked. Sit inside or outside with a beautiful view on the golf course. With Pretoria's mild winters it is pleasant to sit outside on most winter days. Highly recommended"

"I heard about it through happy cow and then met more vegan and told me about it. we went there and had 3 different vegan ice creams. I had the chocolate and my friends had the strawberry and the chocolate osel. it is kokosmilchbasis, and they can taste that pretty good, but style of taste was very beautiful. the ice was very solid, perhaps because they are in another refrigerator and it is too cold. if it was a bit softer, it would actually feel like real ice cream that would be perfect!"
