"Push the door of this establishment with pleasure, you will be filled because good energy circulates in the first contact. The rank leader will perfectly value the sharp work of the chef who only cooks fresh products of excellent quality. The plates are very neat, the sauces exquisite with just what it takes to inventively not look like any other while highlighting and respecting the products. The cooking of meat and fish is optimal thanks to the perfectly controlled use of the plancha. The wine map is very acceptable both in its diversity and in its prices. This establishment is really up to its ambitions and can bring together know-how, kindness, listening, attention and presence. It is a definition of gastronomy and respect for the customer that I particularly appreciate.
