"Pretty yummy. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches, mostly similar but options of toasting it. I love how everything is made fresh to order. Everyone is kind and professional, though I wasn't offered a slice of bread as I know they often do (and had plenty available). Oh well maybe they forgot and I wasn't going ask for one. Otherwise everything was good. The sandwich I got was pretty good. A little bland, lacking some flavor, and majorly lacking in some variety of textures. Kind of a big mush mess. I hope they see this and reconsider the ingredients to make a bit more pleasant of a sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was good and I'd go again, but I'll also probably try to find a better one before I go back."

"Was there 3/6/22 for a bridal shower. Our party filled every seat in the place. Food served was in a timely matter to match the time we would be there. 12p-3p. Walking in, the owner was standing there...said absolutely NOTHING. I said hello and commented how good it smelled. She TOLD me to take a seat! I arrived at 11:55am, so who are you rushing??? 40 more people hadn't arrived yet. She NEVER smiled nor did her staff members. I felt as if we were invading their territory the entire time. She treated EACH table the same horrible way. No mannerism or friendly personality at all. They placed to teapots per table and NEVER once checked them or refreshed them or asked if it needed to be. The tea was COLD an hour in! I replaced the toilet paper myself as she told another guest where to find it!!! I NEVER heard the words: please, thank you, you're welcome, our pleasure, may I, etc. NO salutations coming for going to ANY of the 50 guests!!!!! I purchased $47 of merch. I declined a plastic bag for green reasons. Afterwards, we sat back at our seats with our items, she rudely said to my 22 yo daughter, did you pay for that???!! A guest sat at a table by adding an extra chair, she told her she HAD to move. The guest respectively refused as she was sitting with family members from out of town. The owner then went to my sister (paying for the party) and yelled at her for the guest not listening to her. Most of us felt the entire time as if in a prison more than a tea room. I would NEVER suggest to ANYONE to go here."

"People don't know how to do their job. Our name was crossed off my list while I was seating in front of the desk. They seated 5 families and decides to gives a few table scattered everywhere. I'm trying to have Thanksgiving Breakfast with my Family not by my self. Horrible service, the manager was so careless. I work in retail I know what is like to be short staff, I always try to give my customer an apology and try to accommodate their needs. This guy was a joke. be more organized and hired a manager who knows how to manage his staff."

"The food, drinks and ambience was ok. The service was good. For a 'new' establishment, the mood was average. It wasn't as 'noisy' as I had expected. However, the overall experience was average.........but it wasn't cheap eats. Surprisingly, they "can't" add toppings to your desert."

"I had a horrible experience with customer service at this location. I walked in and there were no customers. All three girls working ignored me. I waited a couple minutes in a empty line. Another customer walked in and waited behind me. She ended up leaving. I asked one of the coworkers am I in the right line? She said yes and walked away. She came back over a minute later and said, do you have a To-Go? I said, no I want to order. While she was making my salad she never looked at me and went through the line of food so fast. I asked a question and she rolled her eyes. I ended up with a salad basically plain. I wanted more topping on it, but she rushed me. I always order a salad on the menu. Today I was excited because I wanted to try other options and create my own. So much more happened after. This was just the part that makes me not want to go back."

"Great food and great location. Finally a restaurant that my whole entire family enjoys attending. Food is always fresh and warm and prepared how we ask. Can be kind of busy some times so you need to be patient. Ordering online has way improved and just be aware of busy nights your order may take longer than originally promised but the food is worth it."
