"Situated in the medieval centre of the small town, just two minutes walk from the main square, with very warm and just like home atmosphere. They have galettes, crepes and salads warm camembert with frites. Our favorites were the galette campagnarde and the baltic salad. But I think all of them is very tasty and not over priced at all. Main dishes are around 10 15 euros. They have local beers and some belgian ones. There is a sortiment of table wine (blanc, rosé, rouge and the same form Gaillac. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And always full of local people, no tourist : except for us."

"A lovely lunch with Fred and Fred. A generous portion of fresh and tasty gazpacho served with a bowl of taboulé. Just what the hot weather demanded. Then a superb crème brûlée, delicately flavoured with orange, with the brûlée done at the table. A shady terrace, a warm welcome and great coffee to finish. We will be regular customers."

"After parking near the River Bonnette, we followed the signs to this good restaurant not located on a main walking route. While many restaurants stop seating at 1:30 this restaurant was happy to seat us close to 2PM. The waitress was kindly receptive to my poor French and spoke English when helpful. We enjoyed a three course set menu for lunch plus wine for €13 each. Our main course was tomates farcies (stuffed tomato) with small sides of rice, green beans and another vegetable. It was so good. The dessert course was chocolate eclairs or apple pie. The restaurant was modest, authentic and great value, one of our best and memorable meals on this visit to France."

"Décevant.Le menu alléchant mais les ingrédients n'étaient pas vraiment au rendez vous :TERRINE DE THON AU SAUMON : En fait il y avait 2 petits morceaux de saumon, le reste des tomates...Le CARRE DE VEAU était une vulgaire viande à pot au feu inmangeable !Service très lent... heureusement nous avions le temps."

"Despite its unprepossessing location next to a petrol station, this is a very good modern French restaurant. We both had the amazing value set menu of 3 courses for €21. Mains were calamari or piece de boeuf. Both served with quinoa and veg medley. Friendly service too!"
